Refund and Returns Policy

At ATC Exporter, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide quality products. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below, which outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are applicable.

1. General Return & Refund Conditions

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation email) is required for all returns and refunds.
• Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not qualify for a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable agricultural products (e.g., fruits, vegetables, and flowers) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
• Antique products are sold as-is and are non-returnable unless they are significantly different from the description.
• For health and hygiene reasons, certain apparel (e.g., innerwear) may not be returnable.

3. Specific Return Conditions by Category

• Agricultural Products: Return requests for non-perishable agricultural products (e.g., grains, spices) must be initiated within 24 hours if items are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please include photos of the damage with your return request.
• Antique Products: We take great care to describe our antiques accurately. Returns will only be accepted if the item differs substantially from the listing. Minor imperfections in antiques are expected and are not grounds for returns.
• Leather Products: Returns for leather items are accepted within 7 days of receipt if there are material or workmanship issues. Note that natural marks and minor inconsistencies are characteristics of genuine leather and not considered defects.
• Apparel Products: Apparel must be returned in new condition, unworn, and unwashed, with tags intact. Any damaged or defective apparel items will be eligible for a replacement or refund.

4. Process for Returns & Refunds

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at support@atcexporter.com with your order details and reason for the return. Attach any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective.
2. Shipping Instructions: After approval, you will receive instructions on where to send your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if items are defective or damaged. For an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, check with your bank, as processing times may vary.
