Shipping Rates

International Shipping
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages

- Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and contact your local post office. If the package is still not found, please contact us for further assistance.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
