Payment and Billing
a. Pricing: All prices on atcexporter.com are listed in the currency specified. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
b. Payment: You agree to pay the total amount due for your order, including any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees. Payment methods accepted may vary and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

c. Billing Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information. If the provided payment method is declined, you agree to provide an alternative payment method promptly.

d. Payment term: FOB– 30% advance and balance against copy of the RFS (Received for shipment) BL. CNF or CIF – 30% advance and balance against scan copy of BL and other documents. 100% LC at Sight from Prime Bank
